DYLAN MARLOWE CELEBRATES “RECORD HIGH”
SIGNS TO SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE
Rising singer-songwriter Dylan Marlowe debuted his new track, “Record High,” today. Listen here. The release arrives on the heels of Dylan’s announcement that he has signed a record deal with Sony Music Nashville in conjunction with Play It Again Entertainment.
Dylan, who is one of Spotify’s 2023 Hot Country Artists to Watch, penned “Record High” alongside Zach Abend, Abram Dean, and Tyler Collins.
“One night it was super late and my roommate tossed out the phrase ‘record high,’” Dylan said. “We started writing right then and kinda flipped what you normally think of when you think of a record high, and wrote it in a negative sense about a breakup in the absolute worst way it could be done. I’m so proud of how everything came together for this song. It’s for sure one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written.”
The Statesboro, Georgia native found his way to Nashville just before the start of the pandemic but made lemonade from lemons, filling his days with songwriting, networking, and finetuning his craft. In 2020, Dylan signed a publishing and artist development deal with hit songwriter and publisher Dallas Davidson’s Play It Again Entertainment. After Dylan shared a performance of his countrified rewrite of the Olivia Rodrigo hit “Driver’s License” to social media, people really started paying attention. The clip immediately quadrupled his TikTok following and has racked up over a million views on YouTube to date. The enthusiasm surrounding the track prompted him to release it to streaming services, followed by his own infectious tunes like “All About It,” “I’ll Keep The Country,” and his most recent track, “Why’d We Break Up Again.”
Now, with his recent opening stint on Cole Swindell’s tour under his belt along with his first No. 1 as a songwriter for Jon Pardi’s “Last Night Lonely,” Dylan has set the scene for a monumental takeoff in 2023. Drawing from influences like Kenny Chesney, Eric Church and Cody Johnson, Dylan is carving out his own creative niche that he’s filling with music that fans will readily identify with the name Dylan Marlowe.

ANDREW JANNAKOS SHARES GRIPPING NEW TRACK, “GETTIN’ THERE”
RCA Nashville/Sony Music Nashville vocalist Andrew Jannakos released his latest track, “Gettin’ There,” today. Listen here.
“‘Gettin’ There’ is a song about vulnerability and working towards something better,” Jannakos said. “It’s about realizing that you may not be in the best spot, and that’s ok, but you can always keep working towards something greater. It’s also about those friends and family that are there with you no matter what, which we all need.”
He added, “We all are either going through something, or know of someone who is and I hope folks can listen to this song and allow it to help them to keep going, to keep working towards that better place.”
“Gettin’ There” is Jannakos’s follow up to recently released “Heaven’s Like A Hometown,” which CMT praised that it not only shows off his “colorful knack for songwriting, but [also] his robust vocals made for the radio,” while Country Now deemed the song “a slice of nostalgia with a whole lot of heart.” The Nash News added, “With a voice like Jannakos,’ one can never go wrong.”
Last month Jannakos was surprised with a Gold-certification plaque for his explosive debut single “Gone Too Soon” while he was on stage at his sold-out hometown show in Flowery Branch, GA. Upon the official release of the song, Jannakos earned a #1 debut on Billboard’s Emerging Artist Chart, while the track landed at #12 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and within the Hot 100. “Gone Too Soon” has amassed over 90 million on-demand streams to date.

RELEASES VISUALIZER FEATURING PAST AND CURRENT FOOTAGE OF THE TRIO
WATCH HERE
CURRENTLY ON TOUR WITH KANE BROWN IN EUROPE & THE UK
Rising trio Restless Road (Zach Beeken, Garrett Nichols and Colton Pack) release an uplifting new ballad and visualizer for “On My Way” today (listen here/watch here). The deeply personal song was written by Beeken, Nichols and Pack as well as Kyle Clark and Lindsay Rimes and produced by Dann Huff while the visualizer features old footage of the harmony-driven trio as well as them over the past few years on their journey together.
“‘On My Way’ is a song we wrote as a reminder to ourselves that it’s okay to be a work in progress. It’s okay to not have all of the answers. It’s okay to fail,” says Zach while Garrett echoes, “we want fans to take away that it is perfectly normal to not be perfect, and that it is important to embrace and be true to yourself.” Colton says of writing the song, “it’s one of the most vulnerable songs we’ve ever written. It helped us through one of the most uncertain times of our life, so we wanted to release this song and we hope that it can help other people too.”
But I’m on my way, wherever I go
I’ll keep on walking this long, winding road
And I ain’t afraid to love or to change
And be someone better than I was yesterday
I ain’t there yet (I ain’t there yet) but I’m on my way
I’m on my way, oh

TWENTY SOMETHING: ALANA SPRINGSTEEN ANNOUNCES THREE-PART DEBUT ALBUM WITH LEAD TRACK “you don’t deserve a country song”
TWENTY SOMETHING: ALANA SPRINGSTEEN ANNOUNCES THREE-PART DEBUT ALBUM WITH LEAD TRACK “you don’t deserve a country song” OUT NOW OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO BROADCAST PREMIERE WITH CMT AND ACROSS THE PARAMOUNT TIMES SQUARE BILLBOARD IN NYC SET FOR 1/23 — CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED ARTIST-SONGWRITER UNVEILS TRACK LIST FOR FIRST ALBUM INSTALLMENT, TWENTY SOMETHING: Messing It Up DOWNLOAD COVER ART COURTESY OF COLUMBIA RECORDS NY/SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE NASHVILLE, TENN. (January 13, 2023) — Today (1/13), Nashville-based phenomenon Alana Springsteen shares her first record, “you don’t deserve a country song,” with the announce of her hotly anticipated debut album, TWENTY SOMETHING, via Columbia Records NY/Sony Music Nashville. As the 22-year-old critically acclaimed artist-songwriter recently revealed on social media, it’s a three-part collection documenting the heartache, excitement, and immense transformation of early adulthood – a journey that begins with the album’s first installment, TWENTY SOMETHING: Messing It Up, which is now available for pre-save/pre-add and releasing March 24. Listen to “you don’t deserve a country song” “Springsteen possesses a classic female voice packed with angst and determination,” praises Billboard, as “you don’t deserve a country song” makes for a powerful start to the next era of Springsteen’s extraordinary career. In a stunning evolution of the sophisticated songwriting chops that inspired E! News to name her “one of Nashville’s most buzzworthy emerging artists,” the defiant yet vulnerable anthem fully channels bouncing back from a painful relationship with more strength and power than ever before. Written by Springsteen, Mitchell Tenpenny, Geoff Warburton, Will Weatherly, and Michael Whitworth, “you don’t deserve a country song” also celebrates the freedom and fulfillment she finds in making music, boldly stating her refusal to immortalize her ex in song form: “You ain’t worth three chords and the truth.” In a particularly brilliant twist, the track’s second verse nods to classic Country songs like Brooks & Dunn’s “Neon Moon,” as Springsteen gets specific in letting her ex know just how far she’s come in healing her heart. “I have a tendency to let my feelings consume me, whether they’re good or bad,” shares Springsteen. “That’s why I ended up becoming a songwriter, so I could have a productive outlet for those emotions and all of that turmoil. This song is my attempt to reclaim my power after my ex took so much of it away from me. It’s about finding my confidence and getting to a place where I could start to trust myself and my judgment again. Most importantly, it’s a reminder to myself about the importance of living in the present and being grateful for all of the ‘once in a lifetime’ moments I’ve been lucky enough to experience recently. When that relationship fell apart, I was on my dream tour traveling the country in a tour bus getting ready to play my first arena. I listen to this song now, and those joyful moments are the ones I remember – not the sadness – and it makes me happy that I was able to truly take in all of the excitement happening around me.” Produced by Chris LaCorte (Sam Hunt, Cole Swindell) and co-produced by Will Weatherly (Dustin Lynch, Dylan Scott), “you don’t deserve a country song” encompasses a larger-than-life yet beautifully detailed sound perfectly suited to Springsteen’s unbridled self-expression – an element echoed in her soul-stirring vocals and impassioned performance on acoustic and electric guitar. Built on a radiant arrangement of forward-pushing rhythms, cascading guitars, and gorgeously lush textures, the song takes on an unstoppable velocity before bursting into the bridge’s scorching guitar solo and unapologetic lyrics: “You don’t get to be the one they’ll think it’s about / You didn’t give me anything that’s worth writing down / You don’t get to tell your friends I can’t let you go / No, you don’t get to hear your name on the radio.” “I love the bridge we got on this song,” Springsteen points out. “I approached it as my chance to tell him what I needed to say without seeing him face-to-face. When things were good between us, we used to talk about how I’d eventually write a song about our relationship, and we’d joke about him hearing his name on the radio. I tell that story when I sing this song live, and every time I get to the line, ‘You don’t get to hear your name on the radio,’ the audience really gets the weight of it and we feel that rush of empowerment together. It hits. It’s definitely a moment.” A CMT Broadcast Premiere – appearing on the Paramount Times Square Billboard in New York City, as well as across CMT, CMT Music and CMT.com – is set for January 23 for the official music video for “you don’t deserve a country song.” Dropping a visualizer today (1/13), viewers will be left to wonder what the birthday cake with a single candle represents. Watch the visualizer for “you don’t deserve a country song” Made with A-list collaborators like Liz Rose (a multi-award-winning songwriter whose co-writing credits include iconic hits like Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well”), TWENTY SOMETHING: Messing It Up intimately explores what Springsteen refers to as “the ways that we get it wrong so we can learn how to get it right.” “She has found her own power, writing songs that speak her truths and lay bare her most intimate feelings,” hails American Songwriter, as she confronts everything from commitment issues, to temptation, and compartmentalizing difficult emotions. A co-producer on all but one on the project and co-writer on every track, Springsteen adds even more nuance and precision to the one-of-a-kind songwriting voice she’s brought to past work like HISTORY OF BREAKING UP (PART ONE) – a 2021 EP that quickly drew attention from major outlets like CMT, who noted that “Springsteen’s passion – as well as her potential for increased stardom – are apparent.” Released in summer 2022, her (PART TWO) follow-up delivered hit singles like “Me Myself and Why,” a track that landed on Entertainment Tonight’s New Music Releases list, and E! News’ The MixtapE! warning audiences to “brace yourself for a true heartbreaker” with “New Number.” Quickly nearing 100 MILLION career streams to date, Springsteen will kick off 2023 as the special guest on Adam Doleac’s ‘BARSTOOL WHISKEY WONDERLAND’ Tour, running next month through May. MEGAN MORONEY DROPS LONG-AWAITED “TENNESSEE ORANGE” MUSIC VIDEO
NAMED A 2023 ARTIST TO WATCH BY AMAZON, PANDORA & OTHERS
Breakout Sony Music Nashville/Columbia Records artist Megan Moroney dropped the music video for her viral hit, “Tennessee Orange,” today. Watch here.
Directed by Jason Lester, the video was shot at various locations around Nashville. Moroney, a Georgia grad, appears wearing the rival orange of the Tennessee Volunteers with a mystery man, who is presumably a Vols fan.
“I had so much fun making this video with Jason Lester!” Moroney said. “I think we could have taken this video in a few different directions, and I was so excited to film it from ‘his’ point of view. This song is about more than a football team and I think we captured the love story perfectly.”
“Tennessee Orange” was recently the #1 weekly streamed song by a solo female artist and has amassed over 92 million total global on-demand streams to date. The song arrived last summer, following Moroney’s debut EP, Pistol Made Of Roses. CMT noted that “the six-song collection served as an introduction and shared who Moroney is at her very core – a musical risktaker with powerhouse pipes.”
Following an explosive 2022 led by the success of “Tennessee Orange,” Moroney was dubbed as a “2023 Artist to Watch” by Amazon, Pandora, Country Now, among others. Additionally, she was crowned the “2022 New Artist of the Year” by Country Central and named one of SiriusXM’s “2023 Future Five.” Holler predicted that her “smooth, honeyed voice that combines with a casual, conversational charm [will] make her one to watch in 2023.”
Moroney recently toured alongside artists such as Larry Fleet, Jamey Johnson, and Warren Zeiders, and is now set to launch her headlining PISTOL MADE OF ROSES tour this spring. For dates and additional info, visit meganmoroney.com.
Born and raised in Georgia, Moroney grew up in a musical household heavily influenced by legendary songwriters in classic country, southern rock, and americana. During her freshman year at the University of Georgia, an opportunity to open for an established country artist at the iconic Georgia Theatre prompted Moroney to write her very first original song. From there, she developed a love for storytelling and has become known for her distinctive voice and honest, conversational lyrics.

ANDREW JANNAKOS CELEBRATES ACHIEVING RIAA GOLD CERTIFICATION FOR HIT SINGLE “GONE TOO SOON” AT SOLD OUT HOMETOWN SHOW
ANNOUNCES NEW TRACK, “GETTIN’ THERE,” ARRIVING JANUARY 27
RCA Nashville/Sony Music Nashville rising star Andrew Jannakos announced a brand new track, “Gettin’ There,” today. The song will arrive on January 27. Pre-add/pre-save HERE.
On December 23, Jannakos took the stage for a sold-out crowd in his hometown, Flowery Branch, GA, where he was surprised with a RIAA Gold-certification plaque for his explosive debut single “Gone Too Soon.” Upon the official release of “Gone Too Soon,” Jannakos earned a #1 debut on Billboard’s Emerging Artist Chart, while the track landed at #12 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and within the Hot 100. The song has amassed over 90 million on-demand streams to date.
Recently, Jannakos released new track “Heaven’s Like A Hometown,” which CMT praised that it not only shows off his “colorful knack for songwriting, but [also] his robust vocals made for the radio,” while Country Now deemed the song “a slice of nostalgia with a whole lot of heart.” The Nash News added, “With a voice like Jannakos,’ one can never go wrong.”
About Andrew Jannakos:
Andrew Jannakos’s hit song “Gone Too Soon” in 2020 was not only a massive success, but it also served as the catalyst for massive change to come in the rising star’s life, including a move to Nashville from his hometown in Georgia, signing a record deal with Sony Music Nashville/RCA Nashville, and racking up millions of streams weekly.
In the years following, Andrew began plotting his next batch of music. He moved his family to a big piece of land 50 minutes outside of the city, with plenty of space for introspection to prioritize what he wanted to say with these new songs. In the process, he found himself spending majority of his time outdoors. When the singer wasn’t perched in a deer stand, he would take his kayak down to the nearby creek and fish, and sometimes bring his son to the shore to look for crawdads – something he did when he was growing up. In the stillness he was filled creatively and rediscovered what inspires him the most…his family, nature, God, and spending time with all three. Andrew was brought back to his core and began to pen songs that are reflective of that. The result is a new batch of music he’s set to release in 2023 that’s a compilation of stories that make Andrew who he is.
