SEAFORTH DEBUT NEW MUSIC VIDEO FOR “LOVE THAT”

Rising country duo Seaforth have debuted the brand new music video for “Love That,” their debut single via RCA Nashville.

Watch the colorful clip – directed by Alex Alvga – here.

“We’ve always loved music videos that are a little outside the box or kind of different from the concept of the song and adds another layer of life to it, so that’s what we were going for,” said the duo’s Tom Jordan.

“This is really our first introduction, so getting those moments of personality in there was key for us,” added Mitch Thompson. “We want people to know we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we’re just fun dudes, and I think we portrayed that pretty well.”

“Love That” is the title track from Seaforth’s debut EP, which they co-produced alongside award-winning producer Dann Huff. Listenhere. The song hit country radio airwaves May 20 and has since been lauded as a “melodic, hook-filled singalong” (Billboard) and “an attractive debut” (MusicRow). The 2019 MusicRow Discovery Artist of the Year nominees are slated for upcoming performances at LakeShake and Faster Horses Festival after making waves as support for Kane Brown, Brett Young, and Mitchell Tenpenny.

RCA Records Nashville Breakout Artist/Songwriter Ryan Hurd Has Perfect Timing with New Song “Her Name Was Summer” Available Today

Fresh off a run of festivals and capacity tour stops, RCA Records Nashville artist/songwriter Ryan Hurd is releasing new music – “Her Name Was Summer” – and making his debut on the Chevy Riverfront Stage during CMA Music Festival on Sunday, June 9 (4:00 PM/CT) in Nashville. Listen HERE.

Written by Hurd with creative collaborator Aaron Eshuis and Mike Walker, “Her Name Was Summer” is the romantic counter punch to Hurd’s current single “To A T,” which continues to climb the country radio charts. Hurd recently released a stripped-down piano version of “To A T,” which is finding an ardent audience. Listen HERE.

And where “To A T” is a big picture relationship, “Her Name Was Summer,” is a smoldering snapshot:
Picture a girl with a smile make you fall too fast/
Yeah, high on a feeling that you know won’t last.

With career streams exceeding 100 million worldwide, Hurd has a gripping point of view and a growing fan base. “To A T” already hit No. 1 on the SiriusXM The Highway’s Hot 30 Countdown and has caught the attention of entertainment tastemakers including men’s lifestyle playbook Esquire and Maxim.

Hurd’s continued ascension seems obvious. He was named the only country artist on Sirius XM’s all-genre “Future Five” for 2019. He was tapped by AOL as one of their country artists set for a breakout year, Amazon Music’s Best of 2018, and named an Artist to Watch by VEVO, Pandora, CMT, The Huffington Post, and Rolling Stone Country, which lauded him for “generating major buzz” and “making waves.”

The praise is earned. Hurd is one of Nashville’s most multi-dimensional young songwriters. He has had co-pen credits on some of the format’s biggest hits including “Lonely Tonight” (Blake Shelton), “You Look Good” (Lady Antebellum), “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” (Luke Bryan), and Lady Antebellum’s latest single, the critically-acclaimed “What If I Never Get Over You.”

Now he’s releasing his own music, including “Michigan For The Winter,” “To A T,” “Diamonds Or Twine,” and “Her Name Was Summer,” available on all digital retailers and streaming platforms ( HERE).

Hurd is headlining his own “To A Tour” with capacity crowds at some of the most respected music rooms in the country and later this fall he will be opening several dates on the Old Dominion “Make It Sweet Tour.”

RCA Records Nashville’s Rachel Wammack released new music today in the midst of a whirlwind week of performances and appearances around the CMT Music Awards and CMA Music Festival in Nashville. Listen HERE.

“It’s been an incredible week and it’s not even over,” exclaimed Wammack. “I’ve seen people I met on the road this past year and made new friends I know I will be seeing again in the future. It’s connecting with music lovers from all of the country, and the world, that makes this week so memorable.”

To celebrate the traditional artist rite of passage known as CMA Music Festival, Wammack is releasing new music, the poignant, and thought-provoking “Something People Say,” a song Wammack co-wrote with Sam Ellis and Derrick Southerland that speaks to the impact of words and why they matter:

I didn’t think I’d ever see the day/
That “I love you” would turn into/
Just something people say.

Wammack had numerous opportunities to share the deeply-moving song with her growing fan base. On Monday, she participated in an event benefiting music education through the CMA Foundation at Reese Witherspoon’s Nashville storefront Draper James hosted by The Nash Chat. Wednesday, she performed for the CMT Block Party Presented by Wendy’s before walking the Red Carpet at the CMT Music Awards. Thursday, she made her CMA Music Fest debut on the Chevrolet Breakout Stage before meeting fans at the One Country and Sony Music Nashville booths in the Music City Center. Today, Wammack will participate in a CMT Next Women of Country panel and acoustic performance at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (12:30 PM/CT) before making an appearance at Spotify @ Ole Red. Singled out by Sounds Like Nashville as a “much needed female voice,” Wammack is combining her personal and artistic growth alongside an “empowered posture” (NPR), which is catching the attention of fans and critics.

After writing her autobiographical debut single “Damage,” Wammack continues to evolve, crafting introspective, relatable lyrics including “Something People Say” and “Enough.” The music reflects a new chapter for Wammack, who recently became engaged to her long-time boyfriend, she continues to steadily forge her own path in the genre by showcasing “contemporary country in ways that should prove amenable to radio” (Entertainment Weekly). Download Wammack’s music  HERE.

The 24-year-old Muscle Shoals native has a “deep-rooted, classic sound” (Wide Open Country) influenced heavily by the rich music history from her hometown. Her songs showcase a “powerful, raw, honest collection” (All Access)which has earned her recognition as the only artist in the genre selected for Entertainment Weekly’s “2019 Artists to Watch” list. Wammack also made Rolling Stone’s “10 Best County EPs of 2018, Amazon and NPR ’s “Best Music of 2018” list, while earning additional “2019 Artist to Watch” acclaim from multiple outlets including AOLPandoraMusic Row, Pop Culture,Sounds Like Nashville ,and more. Pegged as CMT’s “Next Women of Country” as well as  Bobby Bones “Class of 2019,” Wammack shares “an undeniable air of confidence and sincerity when she performs” (Taste of Country) that she will take that on the road this year at multiple festivals throughout including Country LakeShake in Chicago and Faster Horse Festival in Brooklyn, MI.
